I have not been nearly as many places as other people have but I have been to a few and they were all a ton of fun! I was born in Kansas and I now live in Missouri. So that’s two states. I went to Minnesota my freshman year here at Northwest with a couple friends because one of them was from there. While we were there, we got to go to the Mall of America and it was awesome! We were there for about 3 hours and we still didn’t see everything. At the end of my freshman year, I went on a mission trip to Memphis with some girls from my sorority. On our way, we drove through Arkansas and then we spent the week in Tennessee. After I got back form the mission trip, I spent a couple weeks at home and then I spent the rest of the summer in Oklahoma doing an internship. While in Oklahoma, my team and I decided to take a little trip to Texas to see a Rangers game. That was my first Major League Baseball game! I traveled to Iowa my sophomore year to pick some stuff up from my friends’s storage unit. That year, I also traveled to Nebraska with my brother and a friend of his for an MC Chris concert with Dr. Awkward and Tribe One and it was actually a pretty good concert, to my surprise! This year, my junior year, I drove to Tennessee but I took a different route than the one we had taken for my mission trip. The route I took this time took me through Illinois and Kentucky. That makes it a total of 10 states that I have been to, which like I said, is not nearly as much as many people but I am proud of my ten states. I look forward to adding to my list this summer as I travel to Pennsylvania and explore around there!
